An healthy keto avocado smoothie, dairy free using almond milk and no banana!


INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender, order doesn't matter. Simply make sure you are using ripe avocado with no black spots.
  2. Blend on high speed for 45 seconds to 1 minute, stop the blender and taste your smoothie.
  3. Adjust texture and sweetness if desired. If you like your smoothie sweeter, add 1 extra tablespoon of erythritol or few vanilla stevia drops. You can also add 2 or 3 ice cubes to thicken your smoothie.
  4. Blend again until smooth and serve immediately.
