Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked (fresh or canned) chickpeas
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 3 tbs lemon juice
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp (dependent upon how spicy you like things) red chili flakes
- 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
- to taste, sea salt
Instructions
- In a food processor or high speed blender combine all of the above ingredients.
- Blend until smooth or desired consistency.
- Salt to taste.
- Serve, and enjoy!
