This blueberry avocado smoothie is packed with healthy fats, antioxidants, and vitamins!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1/2–1 cup almond milk*
  • Optional: 1 scoop protein powder or collagen peptides

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients into a high speed blender.
  2. Process until completely smooth. Add more milk or water to thin if desired.
  3. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
