INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1/2–1 cup almond milk*
- Optional: 1 scoop protein powder or collagen peptides
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all ingredients into a high speed blender.
- Process until completely smooth. Add more milk or water to thin if desired.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy!
