Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen pineapple or pineapple chunks frozen ahead of time
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender. Add more milk or add ice cubes if you want yours thinner. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Divide the mixture into 2 servings. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator overnight.
- You can also freeze the smoothie in an ice cube tray then blend again before you want to drink it!
