Avocado smoothie peanut butter

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup crushed ice or ice cubes
  • 1 cup unsweetened organic almond milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder I used 365 Everyday Value Natural Chocolate Flavor whey protein powder from Whole Foods
  • 2 tablespoons I used PB Fit Peanut Butter Powder (or 2 tablespoons peanut butter)
  • 1/2 ripe avocado peeled and cubed
  • optional: 1/2 teaspoon espresso powder
  • optional: 1-2 drops stevia

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender or Magic Bullet and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve immediately!
