Avocado pasta sauce keto

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 ripe avocados seed, and skin removed
  • 2 garlic cloves roasted and peeled
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 batch Zoodles

Instructions

  1. Star cooking your zoodles, following directions for zoodles. 
  2. While zoodles are cooking, Place the olive oil, avocado, garlic, salt and lemon juice to a food processor. Pulse until the ingredients are smooth and creamy.
  3. Combine the warm zoodles with the sauce in a large bowl, until all the zoodles have been covered.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
