Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 ripe avocados seed, and skin removed
- 2 garlic cloves roasted and peeled
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 batch Zoodles
Instructions
- Star cooking your zoodles, following directions for zoodles.
- While zoodles are cooking, Place the olive oil, avocado, garlic, salt and lemon juice to a food processor. Pulse until the ingredients are smooth and creamy.
- Combine the warm zoodles with the sauce in a large bowl, until all the zoodles have been covered.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
